The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were super nice and helpful and the location is perfect for getting around. Really enjoyed my stay.
The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. For my back I prefer a firmer matress.

The hotel is very central and the staff very professional. It‘s in a great building.
There were many additional guests attending an event. (Sheciety) They were treated with priority and when we with our 3 friends who also stayed at the hotel wanted to have breakfast, we had to wait 30 minutes. We complained and would have expected some kind of „symbolic“ compensation like a glass of champagne which was offered to other guests complaining about the situation. We felt very upset as we had recommended the hotel to our friends who left also rather underwhelmed by the breakfast-situation and who had payed additionally for breakfast.
