Great location. In the middle of Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg Gate. Charlie’s Checkpoint is a nice stroll away with lots of nice restaurants along the way. 2 minutes from train station that goes straight to airport.
Nothing really

The interior design of the room and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. Centrally located, yet quiet.
No complaints.

The rooms were soundproof. You’ve got a free bottle of water each day.
It was not possible to turn the air-conditioning completely off. Queues at the bar in the evening were very long there was never enough staff. Two mornings running we were not able to get a table for breakfast.
Cleaning of the rooms was not great, I stayed for three nights and the floor was never mopped or hoovered while I was there. They used to leave their cleaning cloths in my room. Towels are placed on the floor were hung back up in my room and not replaced.
