The host was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and a great walk in shower.
Breakfast was continental but host offered cooked breakfast.
Water was supplied in room which was welcome
Bed very small and mattress was very uncomfortable. No extractor fan in bathroom. Room was a bit dark. Light in bathroom took a little while to come on.

This is actually Mr Chu's Chinese restaurant with adjacent rooms. Great location with wonderful staff. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage and fabulous shower and toiletries.
Continental breakfast but also offered hot, though limited option.
Near to Pocklington and York.
Draught from gap under the door (room 5): was a bit chilly but we blocked it okay .
No dedicated internet charging point in room so take a plug & cable.
