8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Everything was clean. All you needed was in the room, maybe a fan during the hot weather
Bathroom was clean, good shower & nice toiletries
Beds were comfortable too :)

Its was neat and tidy, bathroom was a bit of an adventure, but spotless nonetheless. I probably wouldnt stay here if you had mobility issues, but it was good value for money. Pub grub was great, the barmaids were 5* ,They couldnt have been more helpful and polite. Easy walk into York and a few shops at the end of the road. Parking was excellent.

Basic clean room. Fine for people like me who just want a clean room with a shower to go exploring. Pretty noisy but I’m a heavy sleeper so wasn’t bothered. Nice folks, very helpful and responsive.

Clean room, great food, friendly staff and an overall good atmosphere. Will definitely return if we're in York again!
