What a delightful surprise to find ourselves surrounded by a lush, abundant garden, where guests are warmly invited to pick fresh fruit straight from the trees. The property has an almost pastoral charm, and this simple pleasure was particularly memorable for us. The apartment and room were clean, tidy and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and truly relax. The sunrise was another highlight—breathtakingly glorious, painting the morning sky in a way that made us pause and simply take it all in. Our host was warm and hospitable, giving us a quick introduction to the layout of the property and welcoming us with delicious drinks, which we very much appreciated. It was a refreshing escape—peaceful, charming and a lovely taste of country living.

Welcoming family guesthouse with a helpful and dedicated manager who sincerely cares for her guests. Super clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful and relaxing garden with different terraces and seating areas so you will find common but also private spaces to socialize or enjoy on your own whatever you prefer. A tasty and each day different breakfast selection and simply the best home cooked traditional Armenian food we had during our two weeks trip in Armenia. Great knowledge of the region and beyond so this lovely family has amazing advice to offer for your travel plans if you need that. We returned a second time on our way back from the South simply because it is such a gem!
