Had a room to myself. That was nice
Just overpriced for what it was. There's better accommodation in town. I saw nothing resembling the photos on Booking.com. Except for the piano. The balcony outside the common area and my room offered a grim view of an unmaintained garden. Room did have a fan, but was totally exposed to morning sun and got quite warm.

We loved everything about our stay. What a wonderful couple and such thoughtful hosts! They were incredibly welcoming, kind and generous, and made us feel completely at home. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay again. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!

Who likes to taste home-made brandy (50% alc. Volume, 15 years old) will love this house: it is on the house during the stay. It tasted very good I must say, we enjoyed couple of glasses in the evening
The owner is friendly and likes to talk about everything - you will get to know many things from Armenia
The house equipment for bit old over the years: everything is functional but asks for a bit renovation

Ottima accoglienza!
Colazione ricca e abbondante.
Super consigliato!
