Everything was great, the environment, the breakfast, the pool with the hot water, the view. Great choice .

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice.
We booked the property for the hotspings. The first night they were all filled and cold. The next morning they were filling up but cold. We asked about them and was told to wait an hour. We waited 2 hours. They started to fill but were all still cold. We ended up checking out and going to another location for the hot springs. Best decision I MADE was to check out other hotsprings!

Hot springs were nice and good location
Hotel claimed that I was a no show after I paid them on day 1 of our 3 day stay, so they wouldnt have to pay booking.coms fees, so booking.com took the hotels side. Make sure you keep your receipt of your stay oh and take pictures of you during your stay because apparently a bank statement charge isn't enough to prove that you stayed at this hotel. Also the safe never worked.

"Un super endroit juste au pied du volcan Arena. Tout près de toutes les attractions et de Fortuna. Chambre très confortable.
Et surtout pouvoir profiter de la piscine alimentée par les eaux thermales..."
