The rooms were clean and comfortable; staff were friendly and helpful; the restaurant meals were good and reasonably priced; close to supermarkets and coffee shops; short walk to the underground which easily took you in to the city centre.

Rooms are big. Lovely and clean. Chesterfield lounges thru out hotel. Supermarket and connivence stores on door step.
Breakfast buffet with lovely selections.
Pillows - flat and feathered. Sore necks for days. All our friends complained of this.

Large room and bed.
Room was not cleaned/ serviced. How to go to reception to get towels, toilet paper and water. Air conditioning did not work. Staff in restaurant were very rude and took 1 hour 40 minutes for 2 out of 3 pizzas to arrive. The third turned up 20 minutes later

"Très grande et belle chambre, l'hôtel se trouve au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Un compliment pour la sympathie à Bruno le "chef" serveur du restaurant."
