Bedroom and bathroom are a good size. Nice bar, reception and breakfast area. Located just a very short stroll from bus stop and train station. Hotel staff very friendly and always happy to help and give advice.
Continental breakfast choices are fabulous.
I read the instructions regarding the towels and decided we didn't require a change since we only had 1 more night to stay, slightly disappointed that we tried to do our thing for the environment but the hotel didn't do as their instructions.
No milk in rooms to make tea or coffee with.
Cooked breakfast could of been more extensive.

I have paid the same amount for a king sized room at the Hilton at the airport and the quality is far superior at the Hilton. The room at the Holiday Inn was so hot, dated, crowded. We paid for a 3 person space and were obviously shoved into a 2 person space. We even had to ask for more towels because the room was meant for 2 people. No fridge, only enough cups and glasses for two people. Very disappointed to have to pay extra fees for three people when the amenities don’t reflect the extra money.
