We liked that the room was big and clean. My husband liked sitting in the balcony. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was luxurious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we had a couple of good dinners at the Yuxi Chinese restaurant.
It would have been better if we had gotten a room with a view. Our room had no view, which was a pity.

It was so peaceful and very exclusive. Big clean rooms. The view was amazing.
People smoking everywhere even on non smoking area.

Beautiful location with a good view of the lake. Lot of options for breakfast. Friendly staff and lot of utilities.
We forgot something when checking out and the staff quickly informed us about it so we could get it back.
The AC in our room didn’t seem to work well. I let the staff know about this and they sent a technician but even after that it didn’t seem to have improved.

I stayed twice and they gave room in tower which has dirty carpet and has insects
