All facilities were excellent. The gymnasium was useful and the pool area well-maintained.

Staff initially tried to accommodate early check in but with a cost.
Massage at the spa was good.
Service was terrible. Room WiFi not working. After five calls and losing my temper they did something about it. There was no way ( even with payment offered) to get a local call done. No access to in-room dining with staff insisting that a QR code was in the room. None were there. Finally when they got a pamphlet with a code , it wasn’t working due to weak WiFi. Finally they got me a manual menu. And after all that the food wasn’t great.
I asked for help w baggage on checkout day. Someone showed up after 20-30 min and by then I took the bags down myself.
Sheets were humid, areas were covered with mould. Room was old and wasn’t the cleanest.
I would never consider staying there again.
