The breakfast was amazing; lots of variety, constantly supplied and many tables to eat at. The staff in the dining area were extremely friendly and quick to help with bussing tables or pointing to further options.

It was such a unique place with lots of facts about Iceland painted on the walls in the lobby, hallway, dining area. The room was clean with comfortable beds, sheets and comforters. This hotel offers free laundry machine use, if available! We also loved the continental breakfast - it was a huge spread with lots of variety. Self-service check-in was awesome and door codes (instead of key cards) to enter your room was a wonderful addition.
The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was the smell of smoke in the side hallway and dining room that waft through the air from the outside when the side lobby doors opened. Should not allow smoking so close to the hotel doors.

Clean room, bedding and towels. Had a takeaway breakfast waiting in our fridge to take away the next morning because we had an early pick up. Able to open the window and control the temperature.
It took ages for the hot water to come through to the shower. It would have been great to have a kettle in our room to make drinks.

Glad it had included breakfast. Lobby was nice and room wasn't too bad. And the complimentary coffee was nice also. Staff was very nice and parking was easy. Room
Shower drain blocked up really bad. Seems like it's been a long ongoing issue due to the water damage everywhere on the floors and trim. Also isn't very sound-proof, you can hear everyone else around you, which made a bit difficult to sleep
