Well decorated and comfortable with sllbrhe facilities would expect. Nice toiletries inbthdbtoom. Restaurant was excellent and breakfast was extremely good. Staff were helpful and very friendly

Shower was effective but set in a sunken bath up a number of steps which made the taps difficult to reach and the top tiles were slippy when wet. Whilebthe designbwas sheik this would prove difficult for anyone with any mobility issues.

8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026

Lovely spot, nice character building, relaxed feel, receptionist/manager was really helpful. A happy stay.

Some hospitality staff were lovely, others not as helpful. Room 7 had an odd sunken shower and our friend found it hard to step down and access. Downstairs ladies got a bit scruffy.

Fire in the lounge (needed as cold and wet). Comfortable bed

We had to ask for the heat to be turned on in our bedroom. There was a previous guest's dirty towel on the hook behind the bathroom door and the towel rail was broken. The dining room was chilly Tricky parking
