Location.. view from room.
WiFi needs a review in the room (8) as the TV didn’t connect to apps. Nothing major just forgot to mention on way out.

Great place to stay in the centre of the town. Very comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast

Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.
Noisy late at night (foul language coming from a neighbouring property, something the staff is aware of) and in the early morning (deliveries).
Rather warm, so we had to leave the window open). Duvet too thick for our liking.
A problem with the kitchen meant we couldn't eat there as planned in the evening, and then we had to go out for breakfast on our second morning.
