Aparthotel Adagio Frankfurt City Messe

Location of the hotel was great. The facilities were very good; liked how we had a kitchen and there was a desk area to work in. The lighting of the room was also good; a lot of the time lighting in hotels can be awful. Good natural light as well. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice too.

My room was near the lift/elevators so during the night when I was sleeping I would always here the 'ding' noise of the lift. But it wasn't too bad.

Apartment was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and had a nice little area to work in. Good facilities with the little kitchen unit, and breakfast was good! Thanks for a great stay!

Had a bit of an issue checking in early, but it was resolved.

The location, welcoming and polite staff and cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast. For the price, the breakfast was not impressive, the same selection of pastries everyday.

excellent location, room is a good size for the price, kitchen is well equipped - except for a sink plug. In general the hotel is quiet except when you get the odd noisy guest, which can happen anywhere. The staff are generally very polite and helpful, when they are there.

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years, however the quality has significantly deteriorated, since the last time we were there. The room was extremely dusty, the shower drain was block and the toiletries were almost empty or empty. we went to ring the reception about the shower being blocked, but the telephone was unplugged and it was quicker to try to solve the problem ourselves before the shower flooded. The breakfast is ok, but waffles and omelettes are advertised but we never saw waffles the 3 times we have stayed and it is difficult to get find the staff to make an omelette since they are always hiding in the back, same problem when I wanted to grab a quick coffee before check, but the machine was empty and I could not find/get the restaurant staff attention.
