Exceptionally clean and comfortable
The location is perfect just a short walk to the harbour area

Communication with Tracy prior to arrival was very easy and it was lovely meeting her on the morning and feeling welcome in the kitchen space which was really an added bonus. The room facilities were great too.
I thought the shared bathroom would be odd but really it was just fine.

Good location for the event we were attending. Free parking with permit. Room was clean, shower good. Quiet from external noise point of view
Lots of movement noise from the room above. Kettle not easy to use. Breakfast fairly limited in options
