Easy access to food and necessities.
Owner was helpful and good customer services.
A good option for family or group stays.
Close to main attractions, only that the traffic made it a bit longer than necessary.
A good option for those who plan to stay out most of the time.
The staff forgot to mention about the lift. Which lift can use the access card for all level and which can only for the level of room/house you're on.
Also, for female tourists, solo or pair, unfavorable as many foreigners lives there if not confident.
Also, if got parking at P4, then you need to turn around here and there cause the signage for that level is not clear 😅

The Apartment is clean from the lif, corridor until to the room.
If you are a first timer to this property you will find parking is a bit hassle and confusing. The room table is small with only one chair makes it uncomfortable for a family of 6. Not enough space/desk to put personal belongings like car keys, wallet etc. floating shelf's are too high and very dusty to put things. Overall the room is like a budget motel but the price doesn't look like it.
