Room feels like new, limited space but enough for praying. Hanger and hook are provided and lots of rack to keep your stuff.

Someone near my room smoked and the smell got into my room for hours. Tried to call the number but no response but it was already late night that i didn't want to risk my safety to go to the receptionist to complain. And the water heater wasn't working well i guess because the water was so cold.

When I placed the booking I told myself not to expect anything extraordinary. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with indifference by the counter staff. I spoke to him in Bahasa Melayu (our lingua franca), but he replied to me in English. The check-in process took less than 5 minutes and we were presented with the room keys without much hassle. The room was spotless and quite aesthetic, even though it was tiny. Thank God the bathroom was of a large size, with a strong water pressure, which is always appreciated. 2 clean towels were provided which was also well received. I must commend the owners for selecting those awesome pillows, making me pass a comment to my wife that I wish they sold these pillows to their guests. It was of the perfect dimensions, soft yet firm, among the best pillows we have ever slept on. However, the mattress drooped somewhere in the middle and felt slightly lumpy. However, once we settled in we quickly fell asleep and forgot about the lumpiness. The air conditioning was exceptionally cold, forcing us to wake up in the middle of the night to increase it to 25 degrees. At around midnight we could hear loud talking but we were too tired to go out to ask them to keep the noise down. All in all we had a restful nights sleep. Upon check-out and when departing from the parking lot, we had to pay RM18 which I felt was quite dear, but it did not warrant any complaints from my part.

Staff could be more responsive and pleasant.
