-Déjeuner vraiment "limite" pour un hôtel....4 étoiles ...même le pain n'est pas éapprovisionné régulièrement ....seul point positif , excellente machine à express -Chambre petite avec propreté "limite".....odeur pas top , tapis pas propre , robinet de salle de bain mal fixé -Personnel pas toujours agréable, certaines personnes sont parfaites mais d'autres sont vraiment pas sympathiques

The staff was incredibly friendly. We met several members of the team, and everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. We especially loved meeting Fernando, who I believe works the night shifts. What a fantastic person, so helpful and exceptionally friendly always with an honest smile. The staff definitely made our stay even better. The bed, mattress, and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The bathroom was absolutely pristine. At least in our bedroom, there was no noise at all, so we had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!

There isn't really anything I didn't like that was operations related. There are a few things that could be improved, but some of these are more about Paris in general. The bedrooms are small and there isn't a huge amount of wardrobe or storage space. I'm also not a big fan of carpet, although that's purely a matter of personal taste. That said, I have allergies and didn't experience any issues during my stay, which was a pleasant surprise. As someone with experience in interior design, I also think the hotel lobby could be improved from a design perspective. With a few changes, it could make a much stronger first impression and really elevate the overall feel of the hotel. That being said, I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
