Grand Millennium Hotel

Grand Millennium Hotel has truly become my home away from home in Lahore. I have stayed here around a dozen times, and it continues to be my first choice whenever I visit Lahore. Everything from the comfort and cleanliness to the service and overall atmosphere has consistently been excellent. The staff are welcoming and always make my stays comfortable. A special mention to Ms. Ammara from Guest Relations (GRO), who is extremely cooperative, professional, and helpful. Her hospitality makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely continue choosing Grand Millennium whenever I’m in Lahore. Highly recommended!

The breakfast reminds me old lahori taste, delicious and fresh On the reception madam aamara was genuinely kind she knew about thier guests likes and dislikes she had a good memory about thier guest and last but not least morning coffe or tea a complimentary guesture from her, makes her valuabe asset And she felt like a family member to us thank you so much all of you bless you all

Improvement needs in bathroom otherwise its neat and clean but not to spacious A person like me like spacious bathrooms

Could do with more continuous improvements, like is all !! But on a positive note the general review is we would highly recommend this place for a family or professional.

Generally the room quality was good. It was spacious and the staff were helpful. It had underground parking which was convenient. Club sandwiches were good quality and generally food was of average quality. The snooker table was fair but lack chalk for the cues.

The lifts from parking to the residential floors was very poor. The toiletries, towels and linen was poor. Generally the whole building was neglected and was in poor repair condition. The was no lift from the ground floor to the reception which was not helpful. There were no table tennis bats, ball or net for the table tennis table on the 4th floor. The Wi-Fi was terrible.
