Lovely staff, nice room, good shower. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was decent. Beautiful hotel and amazing location. Step out and turn to your right and the Trevi fountain is right there. Staff also called us a taxi for the airport. Highly recommend.
I would advise against booking the annex - it was a beautiful room and very easy to get to but lots of people block the doorway, tourists waiting for the museum tour sit on the steps, drunk people at night sit and drink, have to keep asking everyone to move and stop blocking the doorway.
We enjoyed it but next time we will pay extra to stay in the main building.

Breakfast was good. Generally clean and smart place.
Had to climb a flight of external stairs to get to room. Taxis cannot come to the hotel door entrance so has to walk down a cobbled street with our bags and had to ask someone where the hotel was. Hundreds of people around so was not easy. Several things in room did not work- one flush, one electrical socket. No proper coffee facilities like nespresso. First morning no hot water in shower even though tried and waited for 30 minutes to warm up. Location much too crowded snd noisy early in the morning
