The location is amazing, super close to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, and the room was perfect for what we needed. This was the perfect start to our trip. I can't recommend it enough!
Everything was pretty great, nothing to complain about.
8 / 10Excellent·août 2026
La localisation était parfaite, et pour une famille de 4 c’était très bien nous avions beaucoup d’espace.
Le personnel était vraiment gentil et à l’écoute, toujours disponible.
La chambre un petit peu sombre.

Very large beautiful rooms and very close to everything.
The staff was incredibly helpful.

The place was very large. It is actually an apartment suite with complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room. I would say this is more apartment than hotel. If I booked on Air B&B it would be in the sweet spot for quality accommodations
This hotel is located in the most touristy area - Trevi. The Trevi district is filled with cheap souvenir shops and lower quality restaurants. We tried to engage staff for restaurant recommendations outside the immediate area. While everyone was pleasant, they knew nothing about other restaurants and a hard time making reservations. Also, when I booked, a car to the airport was included. When I got there, they said the promotion was old and challenged me to produce a voucher to prove the car was included. Why would I know about the car if it was an old promotion?
