The amount of amenities.

Hotel was super clean. Excellent grounds. Most of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Some went above and beyond at the bars. Room was excellent and cleaning staff were excellent.
Being told by other guests we were entitled to a free snorkelling excursion as wasn’t informed at check in and when we asked, lady was quite dismissive and said it was full.

The location and many pool options were amazing.
As much as there are so many restaurants, the food is mot the best and the staff members seemed exhausted all the time so most of them at the restaurants were not very welcoming and nice.

Location
My husband arrived first on he’s own with passport and my passport the security wouldn’t let him in and were very rude even though they had the booking he at to wait outside for an hour . Was not enough staff for amount of people
We couldn’t get a sun bed we couldn’t get a restaurant booked for the times we wanted only times was when the shows were on so missed the shows
They kept running out of certain drinks and at to go and get them at other bars but would take forever. No Rose wine at all which is what I drink so at to buy it
The red flag was up for three days so no water sports but all along the beach it was yellow . I don’t think they had the staff for water sports
Wanted to write something down in room no pens or pads my husband went to reception to get one and they said can you bring it back after you have used it
Will definitely not be going back very dissatisfied
