The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help us keep to our schedule. We received breakfast outside the usual hours and they stored our luggage after we checked out until it was time for us to make our transportation connection.
We had no disappointments with the property.

Great location just off Piazza Navona, yet still quiet enough for an un disturbed after 10-11 pm. The staff were excellent, really pleasant, very helpful and efficient young people. There was a very personal service in this small property. We were made to fee very much at home there.
There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom after running the tap in the sink, probably a consequence of old plumbing in this building which has been there for a long time. It wasn't a big problem as it cleared easily with ventilation.

The staff was amazing. Especially Jennifer, who was very quick to assist us with all of our needs.
I could not locate the front door of the hotel. Its location is obscure, and I spent about 30 minutes walking up and down the street attempting to locate the door.
