Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Instructions from host and contact with host regarding property excellent .
51 steps up to property , so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
Room 6 quiet small but you are in the centre of Rome so not really a problem unless you need space.

Location
The entry process- no one is actually at the property and the door locked us out one night. The lady on WhatsApp was very helpful and we had to go and get spare keys from a cafe across the street. But then I was anxious about it happening again when the cafe was shut or the lady on WhatsApp was not available. She also said it wasn’t her problem that the front door did not work- well this did not make sense to me as it was the only way into the accommodation!
Also breakfast which was said to be included and to be ‘very good’ was a croissant and coffee from the shop across the road. It is also only available between 7.45am and 11am so if you have early tours you will not get your breakfast and I feel this should have been mentioned in the advert for the place.
