The check in counter was easy to find just a little ways from Kyoto station, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, next to historic Toji Temple with multiple bus stops just a few minutes away.
The walls are thin, so there was lots of road noise, and noise like footsteps from the neighbours.

It was large apartment with excellent facilities including washing machine and clothes drying facilities. They gave us fresh towels for each night of our stay. The staff were lovely and baggage delivery to our apartment from service centre was very much appreciated.
It was on a very busy road and you could hear the traffic noise. Our neighbours (above?), we could hear them walking about at all hours of night & early morning.

Propre et fonctionnel
Emplacement éloigné du centre et sur un axe routier très bruyant

Internet worked. Price was very budget friendly. Place was clean but bordered on shabby. Location near Toji temple made for easy tourist activities-access to train, Buddhist ceremony etc. Stuff to do at odd hours due to jet lag.
Toilet did not work well. No windows. Loud trucks on nearby roadway. Poorly functioning aircon
