Even before arriving to Kyoto, Takashi-san provided detailed instructions on his vehicle and pickup location. Once we arrived to the guest house, Takashi-san took time to explain all the lights and appliances to the family. So, there was no guessing for anything. The place was impeccably clean. There was AC and floor heating in every room, which made the stay very comfortable. The area is within 10 min walking distance of bus stops, convenience stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of places to eat if you don't want to go too far. The place is also very close to Kyoto station ~10-15 min drive. Takashi-san and his wife are adorable, kind and welcoming people. When I come back to Kyoto, I definitely will be staying here again.

No dislikes!

The accomodation was in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, but near a temple and public transport. The house was spacious and well equipped. We loved the bathroom with the drying function for our clothes. The host was extremely friendly and he made sure we were well taken care of. He even picked us up from the station at our arrival and brought us to the station at our departure. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were well equipped.

Nothing.

Nice and clean , lots of small details , like snacks and water for us , very nice touch of the owner

Little difficult to get there , but the owner came to pick us up from train station so in reality everything was absolutely spotless , and owner was extremely polite and explained everything, so all 10 starts
