Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

The location was excellent, near enough to the Sun Plaza and far enough away to enjoy the quietness and scenery. The staff were exceptional, especially Lien Chau in reception. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic visit.

The service from the Reception staff was very good - especially that from Reeva: She explained all the relevant information and helped me with my transfer arrangements back to Hanoi. I slept peacefully every night of the 4 nights that I stayed. The hotel has a lovely pool

There is quite a number of building operations in the area.. The TV does not really benefit guests from western countries.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet location about 8 minute walk from the train station. All the staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. We had a fantastic room overlooking the rice fields and mountains. Loads of choice at breakfast, we had dinner there 1 night too and it was excellent. We visited the spa and had a facial and massage which were fabulous and excellent value for money. Great advice from the receptionist staff about visiting the mountain early, the views were on another level. Best hotel of our holiday.
