Absolutely nothing - my only comment would be a small wash area to change when checked out & have a later flight

We liked the pool and the location. Even though the pool was so heavily chlorinated that my kids broke out in hives. Only one of the days our room was properly cleaned and it was when it was a lady housekeeper that cleaned our room.

I didn’t like that when you go into the reception that it looks really classy and clean and then the rooms are very apparently cheaply built and furnished. The door frame in the bathroom doesn’t come all the way to the floor. There are gaps between the new floor and the floor beneath and there were still tape from when the door was painted. The beds were so narrow - I know my husband and I are not the smallest people but we can usually be in a single hotel bed with one of our kids. In these beds, 1 person could barely fit. We had booked 2 rooms - 1 with 2 adults and a child and 1 for an adult and a child. When we got our room the sofa bed was not made - which you would expect for the room with 3 people in it since the beds are so narrow. So housekeeping had to make it while we awkwardly stood there. I had to sleep in the sofa bed with my child because and I have never slept in such a bad sofa bed. The cleaning was not great either. There were a lot of dust and weird white spots on the headboard and the floor. The spots on the floor we only saw because we moved the bed to get something we dropped … We didn’t complain while we were there because we didn’t want to get anyone in trouble. However, after some particular incidents we decided to write a review. First of all, we only got one roll of toilet paper for 3 people. Which might be enough for some but he had a child with us who is not used to the food and had to go more than usual. Whenever we asked for more., we were chastised as if we were using more on purpose to annoy housekeeping. Also, one day when we came home from a day trip, the housekeeper had asked where we had been all day since he noticed that my mother had not been in the room all day. Excuse me? Why are you keeping an eye on my mother? Anyways, we were thoroughly disappointed. We should have been more suspicious about the low price but most of the reviews were positive so we thought we just had found a good deal.
