Clean, comfortable, great location. Lovely

8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The staff were cheerful and helpful with queries; the hotel is centrally situated and has a decent pool with sauna/steam room. Choice at breakfast is good. Bed was very comfortable. Although obviously busy at the weekend, the main areas did not feel crowded.
A stylish and reasonably priced hotel.
A personal thing, but the lighting in the bar and lounge is set at such bright levels that at night these were not inviting places to relax.

Friendly staff and great quiet location
Very small lift

As expected this period property is dated and somewhat frayed at the edges.
However, it does possess a certain charm.
The full English breakfast was possibly the worst i have ever had !!
