Location was excellent as was the Tapas restaurant.
Room - no drawers or shelves for smaller items of clothing.
Breakfast - I ordered avocado on toast and the presentation was poor

- Check-in process. We arrived on a very early morning flight and while we were aware that check-in time was afternoon, the staff at the check-in counter at that hour was very cold, clinical and not empathetic or customer-focused. They kept saying the same thing saying check in is in the afternoon. After a few hours, when another staff member arrived at the counter, she told us we would be able to get our rooms early. Overall, leading to an unpleasant start. Not the kind of service and welcome we expected at an Intercon.
