Loved the heritage aspects of the hotel and how the new and old melded. We had a heritage room which opened onto the lovely old verandah. The room was extremely comfortable.

Clean, comfortable great location
Being woken at 5 am with the fire alarm going off because of the steam from the shower , not ours
Not notified about a function that was happening in the restaurant so we couldn’t eat in there
Rooftop bar is only open on a Friday night

Everything was in one place. Bar, restaurant, location.
Aircon wasn’t very cool. Didn’t seem to be able to turn it down.
