Lovely apartment steps away from all the main attractions Florence has to offer.

Be aware that there are 5flights of stairs to reach the apartments

Conveniently located; right in the heart of restaurants and sites. Washing machine was a plus.

Hallway was dark until we finally learned where light switches were - could be better marked.

Perfect location for being close to the beautiful sites of Florence. The 2 bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. We appreciated a complementary bottle of Chianti wine and the coffees in espresso machine.

Four flights of stairs! We expected it though so not a surprise. The clothes washing machine was not working, so that was a little disappointment.

Location was great.

As a single female traveller my main concern was safety. I wasn’t met on site but was given clear instructions how to get in. This was a pin for the door and the gate up to the room. The main door was already wedged open, the gate was open on arrival and the door to the flat was open. Each time I went out these were all open again so I kept closing them for safety, but I would return to them open again. There were men talking really loudly in the hallway at three in the morning. The window has trouble closing. The door to the appt was really difficult to open. It needs fixing. The link for the city tax and passport details didn’t work so had to give details over what’s app which I didn’t feel comfortable with. Because of easy entry from the street I would not stay there as a single female again.
