Room was spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and walking distance to the nearest train station. The amenities were good too and the hotel was quiet. We even had a bit of a view. Great walking areas nearby too.
I have no complaints. I do regret that I couldn't use the onsite onsen due to my tattoo's however thats not the hotel's fault so I don't mind.

cleanliness of rooms and public places, availability of public baths on the top floor, excellent refreshment drink every night, nearness to major attractions and shopping malls and streets, nearness to bus stops
I might have missed the info before I booked, but I would have preferred a buffet breakfast, or at least a wider selection on the set menus. Also, we were a family of 8, and there was a table big enough for 8, but it had only 6 chairs, and we couldn't move any two chairs from any other table. the bathtubs were deep, and it would be nice if there were handle bars along the side, to help guests in and oout of the tub.

The room was new and clean and spacious compared to some other rooms we’ve seen in Japan. The breakfast was very tasty!
It was a pity that we couldn’t use the spa due to a tattoo. We respect the culture and fully understand, but just wish there would be tolerance towards foreigners.

It was close to a beautiful park, really liked the location and the rooms where modern.
