Close walk from the metro, close to some good restaurants, overall very convenient location.
Staff are very friendly and very accommodating with luggage storage (even letting us into the room slightly earlier!)
Only minor downside, no elevator. Being on the second floor and having some big luggage it was a challenge to walk up that many stairs. We knew this prior to booking so no issues however it is worth noting!
Also slight visible gap between the room and bathroom door. Partner is big on privacy so didn’t like that you might be able to see in.

Location was great. Staff was extremely helpful.
Carrying my luggage up two flights of stars to get to the hotel. LOL.

It was 10 min walk from the station, and bus stop was right outside the accommodation
We asked fire extra blanket and it was not provided
Room was not cleaned for 1 day
Poor communication
The rooms where not cleaned well when we arrived
While we where inside the room, we could constantly smell cigarette smoke.
