Beautiful peaceful spot to watch the sunset by the pool. A great place to come back to after a busy day. Pool was spotlessly clean and loads of chairs around. A really spacious spotlessly clean room. Great breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Very knowledgeable about local area and exceptionally welcoming.
We loved it all.

Not enough place to write the good things, a best place to do star tour, every day we left to different city or village and coming back in the evening to quiet palace with a lot of green

Lovely pool setting albeit very busy with hotel guests and what seemed like outside visitors. Great breakfast and we used the 15 euro (each way) shuttle service to Perugia several times with the very friendly Rosano. Correspondence was quick and friendly. Our kids loved the playground and dogs in the hotel.
The lady at the reception was not friendly and was not a good welcome. Our apartment was not clean; first thing I did was clean out the hair from the shower drain so the small shower would drain. Also the bathroom had a terrible smell which they tried to fix but unfortunately couldn’t as it seemed to come the old drains. The kitchen was full of scratched pans and an old sponge and therefore not somewhere you would want to cook. The hotel is not walking distance to anything but we knew this when we booked.
