I loved the location, being out of the hustle and bustle yet still within easy distance of main sights. The setting of the hotel, with its garden, is also gorgeous. The rooms were nice and the hotel itself beautiful. The staff was very friendly! I am tempted to come back to a more expensive room at the water (the hotel has its own vaporetti stop).
The room felt a little dark and a bit in need of attention, but that is minor. It wasn't so clear exactly how to get the lounge and bar service, but after asking, staff helped. The connection to the airport by boat is difficult, given how many vaporetti are full, which is not the hotel's fault but something to bear in mind when booking.

Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié et copieux. Personnel très agréable et au petit soin.Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin.
Je n'ai pas apprécié d'être d'emblée débité d'une somme de 200 euros pour d'éventuels extras, et de devoir attendre 8 à 10 jours pour leur remboursement.

It turns out that we had two beds put together to make a king size bed however, one side was not a mattress. It was a boxspring, and the springs were poking in my husband‘s back. We reported it to management gave them a video. Also, there was blood stains on our mattress too and was told David contact us, but they never did.
