Location and room were absolutely perfect. Staff could not have been more helpful. Exceeded all our expectations.

Quiet location on a nice small canal and conveniently close to vaporetto station and busy street with coffees, restaurants and supermarket.
8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Simone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciated all her helpful tips. The courtyard was lovely & the bidet was a welcome plus! The proximity to the vaporetto stop and the transportation hub was very convenient.
The shower was very small & I'm 5'4" & 110lbs. The sink was also very compact. I couldn't fill my water bottle under the faucet.

Breakfast was fine and service was also very good. The room was acceptable , shower/bath decent. overall very clean.
had to have window open at night. Loud outside till 2-3 am. Too many keys, a small pain in the butt. Tell people what boat stop to get off at.
