Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Check-in was fast, breakfast wasn't worse than other local 5* hotels, pool facility and sunbeds were nice and well maintained. Overall, positive and relaxed mood.

It's time to renovate the bedrooms, they are old and need to get more modern. Not really sure they are up to at 4* hotel. The main door doesn't insulate enough from the noise in the corridor, for example. Then, the luggage room should be located and handled directly by the reception, so the staff keeps an eye on it. Instead, it was located in the basement (not safe, everyone could go there unmonitored), and I had to bring my luggage there personally.

Location next to the Beach is excellent. The Staff are so friendly and work so hard with a smile on their faces to make your holiday special. Cannot Fault the service levels. Rooms are comfortable and modern, hotel is spotlessly clean. Town is about 25 minute walk to the centre but its an easy walk with lots of restaurants and bars en route. Special mention about the professionalism and excellent service provided by Sev at Reception - Costas at the bar who makes the best Brandy Sours and Nisha and Andri at Breakfast who were always smiling and providing excellent service.

The bathrooms - although very clean and relatively modern, are quite small. The Pillows on the bed are a bit too firm - we tried them all including the spare ones in the Cupboard. The Pool area is lovely but the sunbeds are too cramped together and unless you want to get up at 06:30 to put a towel on the beds then almost no chance of getting one. Luckily the Beach is literally on the doorstep and plenty of sunbeds to hire there (10 euro a day for 2 beds and Parasol). There could have been a better selection of Fresh Fruit for Breakfast - but that is a personal preference - there is a lot of choice for Breakfast but not so much fresh fruit and no fresh Orange Juice. Our biggest dislike is when returning to the hotel in the evening, to sit outside having a drink by the bar, if you don't smoke it can be a problem. The Hotel actually provide a hubba hubba pipe(sheesha) - which if used just dominates the outside environment - We only saw that being used one evening and sat as far away as possible but at times it was like sitting in a tobacco cloud. Not sure that this pipe availability is a good thing at all.
