Old hotel but well mantained. Very good value for money. Nice breakfast.

It's an OK hotel, not amazing, not bad, just average, but cannot think of real problems.

The team at Shangrila went above and beyond our expectations. Honestly there are just a handful of hotels we’ve experienced that are really that good and this is one of them. We stayed on 2 occasions and the team were so helpful agreeing to have my electric wheelchair stored until our return given the airline wouldn’t allow us to travel with the lithium battery. They remembered so many fine details of our first stay even supplying the shower stool I needed without me asking. The horizons club staff were great too, going to all Lengths to help when we needed it. Food was great, pool was refreshing, restaurants were perfect. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Including cold aircon and lots of amenities. I would highly recommend any one stays here, and we will be back next time for sure! 👌 10/10

Some of staff were not as friendly as expected from 5 stars hotel. The check-in experience was slower compared to the previous hotel we stayed.
