Nice location, good facility, nice room, good breakfast menu, good fitness facility & indoor swimming pool, nice staff, and good parking slot even have free valet service if you can't find free parking slot.
The pillow feels uncomfortable, the lobby layout feels less comfortable if you chat for a long time.

The suite room is spacious and has a nice panoramic view. Reasonable price and comfortable mattress.
Although the room was reasonably clean, it's showing its age and would benefit from a renovation/make over. The photos on the site are probably a decade old. The breakfast is pretty average, and this is the issue I find with almost all hotels in Indonesia, regardless of the city or number of stars. Boring breakfasts & low quality food.
