The location of the property is excellent. You are 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also only a few minutes from the local bus station.
The apartment has a balcony area that is fantastic for people watching and chilling out. If you don’t want to go to the beach you have use of a rooftop terrace where there are sun loungers.
The property has everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Which for us is a great bonus.
The instructions given by the agent we faultless and you have the added option of parking for the property if required.
Nothing best property we have stayed in and we have stayed in another property previously in the same building it this property was better equipped and had better views.

Location, clean, responsive host, little touches.. Chairs, umbrella, corkscrew and all kitchen bits needed. Nothing for us, we were very happy. Parking underneath too, cheaper than other car park and better than street parking.
Nothing for us, we were very happy with it all as well as communication from our host.

Apartamento amplio, limpio, con buena ubicación. Cruzas una calle y estás en la playa de Mogán. Zona tranquila y con muchas opciones de restaurantes.
El contacto y la atención con la persona encargada genial también

Best location we could get closest to the beach
In comparison to where we stay usually (which was unavailable ) and is far more superior it was small with only one bathroom . Limited utensils to use if we wanted to cook . Only 2 beach towels for just over a 3 week stay . Didn’t like the fact the pillows and bed had no protectors ( considering how many people use the apartment ) underneath the pillowcase and the pillows were very tired .
The shower was awful got fixed twice when we complained and was ok .
