Good location.
Very small, but it was ok for a night.

Location is the best thing about this 'apart-hotel'. Very central, on a quiet street off the main street in Nice. Minutes walk from the train station, old town and seafront. Jean at reception was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to check in 3 hours early, which i appreciated a lot. The bed was comfortable and i slept undisturbed all five nights i was there.
I booked this place because of the price and location. Considering the excellent location I think I got a great price and don't have any complaints. Just don't expect much from the 'hotel'. It's very basic. My room was tiny but had all i needed, namely fridge, aircon and kettle! Shower is very small too

"L’accueil et les services proposés, les chambres sont super fonctionnel et vraiment pratique, certes un peu vieillissante mais franchement rien à redire ! Accueil super chaleureuse,
Merci beaucoup"
