Friendly staff. Delicious and fresh breakfast. About 5 minutes away from the train station and 20 minutes walk from Promenades des Anglais. Will recommend a 100 percent

The rooms and showers are on the smaller side, especially if you’re used to more spacious accommodations in USA. That said, the hotel makes up for it with genuinely friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.
The breakfast is surprisingly good in fact, noticeably better than what many places in the USA offer at a similar level. The location is another advantage, everything you might need is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without relying on transportation. Overall, despite the compact room sizes, the service, breakfast quality, and excellent location make this a solid choice.

Perfect location for travelers needing to be close to the train. Felt safe. However, the water from the showers and sink in the room smelled terrible. Not sure what that was about but it made us feel a bit sick for a few days. Elevator is available but very slow. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is €10/day/person and wasn’t worth the money in my opinion, unless you enjoy basic options (cold cuts, coffee, bread). You had to juice your own fresh OJ and boil your own eggs. Room and bathroom are very small but enough for 2 people on a short trip. I would come back again if only for a really really cheap price and for a short stay, assuming the water doesn’t smell.
