Rangala House is a gorgeous oasis. The views are incredible, the whole place is set up to be super comfortable and the food is delicious. They even grow lots of the food in their own market garden! Massive shout out to Amila, Lawrence and the whole team for making our stay so special.

Wonderful place and wonderful people. Pool amazing, food excellent. Nothing too much trouble for the team. We did tours with Nero which were brilliant- he took us places we never would have been to- and had real contact with visits to the community (without feeling intrusive).

The staff were exceptional, we were made to feel as welcome as if we were royalty. Lawrence the chef gave us a private cooking lesson which was a highlight, the walks from the place were adventurous and easy to follow. The food was top class too! Not to mention the owners Anthony and Sam who were incredible hosts - we chatted away to them both nights and they helped us restructure our route around both Kandy and the rest of our trip. We have never stayed anywhere better anywhere in the world.
This is a superfluous box, I wouldn't change a thing.
