The service from the lady on reception was exceptional. She took us to our room and showed us how everything worked. The room was spacious with great facilities including a coffee machine and there was complimentary water, both still and sparkling. The decor was lovely, the beds very comfortable and there was air conditioning. A great choice at breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. All in all an excellent place to stay and we would use it again if visiting the area.

The location.

The room, bed and bathroom facilities were tiny for the rate we paid - not good value at all. We also woke in the morning to find a note under our door requesting that we didn’t use the toilet or shower facilities because of an issue. The hotel should have offered a refund or some level of compensation for this and I honestly cannot believe that this wasn’t offered.
