Boutique Hotel Portorose

Beautiful views, comfortable and stylish rooms, and a great pool area with plenty of relaxing zones. There are also nice cars and casinos nearby. The breakfast was delicious.

Nothing significant – overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Centrally located and easy access to areas of interest!

I arrived earlier in the morning about 0730, I traveled by motorcycle from Parsberg Germany to Portoroz, I emailed the property if there was a possibility of getting the room earlier than the 1500 check in time! Their reply was it wasn’t possible so I sat in the hotel lobby until the room was made available at about 1400. The same receptionist that told me it wasn’t possible saw me sitting in the lobby without offering me a current update on early room availability! What bothers me most is that about 1400 a group of young men who apparently knew the receptionist and spoke their same language were offered early accommodations. That’s when I approached the front desk and stated since they checked the young men in early, I wanted to check in now. I had a different receptionist but she was to the side and just made a comment that at 1400 it was an hour early! Not one follow up during my 6 hour wait, it cannot take 6 hours to make and clean up a room! The young lady who I dealt with earlier showed a complete disregard and lack of consideration. I wish I had gotten her name, I would have posted it her on this review!!!

Good value for money. Decent hotel. Decent breakfast. Decent room

Average. Nothing special. Stupid policy of taking pool towels at the reception every time u go to the pool.
