Room was very beutiful and spacious, renovated and had lot of storage, breakfast had great options
Paid swimming pool!? 25 eur/3 hours...when I pay 330 eur/night for my stay I do not want to pay extra fpr swimming pool... The building was a bit outdated, had to wait very long for elevators to get anywhere, there was only narrow entrance to beach from hotel side, the beach is on concrete and lot of people blocking the beds with towels but they are not there for long hours
The balcony setup was not resembling a 5 star hotel with plastic chairs

The location and the beach. Breakfast is very awide variety and available until 11.00am
The bed was very uncomfortable, the beach and spa services close too soon considering it is a holiday hotel. The hotel is advertised as 5star but overall it is not more than 4star level.

The hotel has super location and the room was really comfortable and renewed. It’s a great view from the balcony and the staff was super friendly.
The room cleaning could improve.

Hotel Entrance beautiful and the terrace bar just wonderful

Breakfasts dining area set out like a canteen - no table service of order for eggs or any decent filter or espresso coffee
Bad Smell in the bed room and bathroom - not great - air flow issue aircon not efficient
Cockroach found in room 😩
Definitely not a 5*hotel
