Great location and good for the price at the top I reserved the room

No place to hang up towels after a shower to dry. Rooms are small but expected in London.

Agréable petit hôtel à quelques pas d’Hammersmith. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre, bonne literie et relativement calme. Le personnel est aimable. Quartier sympa avec commerces et restaurants.

The staff were really kind and helpful throughout our stay. I had requested a lower-ground-floor room and they were able to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. They also gave us extra towels whenever we needed them. Hotel was clean inside out. The room was comfortable and had radiators, while the bathroom had a heated towel rack, which was really nice after a long day of walking around. I especially appreciated the international outlet socket under the TV. It was honestly a lifesaver because I completely forgot to bring an adapter for my straightener! There were also USB sockets for charging our phones, which was very convenient. One of the USB sockets next to our bed didn’t work, but there were other options available. The location was also very convenient. The hotel is between two Underground stations, and there are plenty of buses right outside, including the 72 and 220. This was especially useful when we were tired and didn’t feel like walking to the stations. Hammersmith Station has a direct connection to Heathrow Airport, which was a huge plus for us. Shepherd’s Bush Station is also well connected, including routes towards Euston and Watford Junction, which is useful if you’re planning to visit the Harry Potter Studio Tour.

The main downside for me was the noise at night. The hotel is on a main road and we could hear cars and ambulances quite frequently, so we mainly kept the windows closed at night and opened them in the morning. I’m quite sensitive to noise and normally sleep with special earplugs, so I was fine, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Another small inconvenience was that reception was only available from 9am to 10pm. Even though we didn’t actually need anything urgent at night, it would have been reassuring to have someone available later in case we had an issue or needed assistance. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and really appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were. The few downsides were minor and didn’t ruin our stay.
