One of the best features in walking distance from 4 tube line that'll take you anywhere. The hotel is also air conditioned which is great during hot weather. The hotel is in excellent condition, recently renovated. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. Second time here and would stay here again.

I had a room with a double bed and two bunk beds. Plenty of space for a large family, but the floorboards really creak very loudly, surprising for a basement room! No lock on the inside of the door which was a concern.

Solid stay, clean and spacious. Hammersmith area is a bit far from central London, but not bad.

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier.
It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges.
The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee.
I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.
